Next working day delivery to your door

Where an item is in stock or in stock with our manufacturer, we will deliver to you on the next working day after your order is placed provided we receive it by 12.00. The stock shown for each product is indicative of the stock level however stock can change throughout the day both for us and for the manufacturers. If you need an item very urgently please call 01733 405112 and we will be able to give you an up to date stock position.

Items shipped by Royal Mail or by pallet may take longer to reach you and if a delay is expected, we will keep you advised.

The cost of delivery is normally £7.50 + VAT to Mainland UK addresses only for purchases up to 20 kilos in weight. Over 20 Kilos in weight will be calculated and advised before you commit to buy. We do not seek to make a profit on delivery and it may appear that some lower priced items have a high delivery charge in proportion to their purchase cost. This is because the Post Office will not carry the item (fluid) or it is large in proportion to the weight (dry wipe board).

Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, off shore islands (other than Isle of Wight) and Northern Ireland normally attract an additional cost of £15.00 ex VAT but this is dependant on weight and size.

We can deliver to non-mainland destinations and Western Europe, however additional charges apply. IMPORTANT NOTE : if you suspect delivery may be a problem, please add information to your delivery details when you order e.g. 'leave in porch if no reply'. More about delivery

Shop with confidence Credit Card, Paypal, BACS or by Purchase Order

You can pay by Credit Card, Paypal. When you click on the buy button and select a payment by credit cards you will enter the secure area controlled by our payment services provider.

If you buy by credit card on line you can be secure in the knowledge that your payment is being processed by one of the UK's largest banks. If you pay by Paypal, all the safeguards that Paypal has built into their systems will protect you.

Purchase Orders

If you are a Public Service, government department, Local Authority, NHS, Education Authority or Listed Public company, you can pay by invoice following a purchase order for purchases over £50.00 +VAT.
